The Institute of Agricultural Management (IAgrM) is changing the format of its traditional one day conference for this year.

The Institute hosted the four day International Farm Management Congress that drew 355 global delegates to Edinburgh in July. In view of this extra workload, the domestic event will take the form of an evening question and answer session and networking opportunity.

The What is the Future of UK Agriculture & Food? Panel will feature NFU deputy president Minette Batters; national head of farming at Strutt & Parker Will Gemmill; dairy farmer and Arla Foods board member David Christensen; managing editor at the Briefing Media stable of agricultural titles Emma Penny and Julian Park, head of Reading University’s School of Agriculture.

The event is scheduled for 6-9.00pm November 16th at the Farmers Club in London. Tickets are £35 +VAT for non members (£25.00+VAT for members). More details from enquiries@iagrm.org.uk or tel: 01275 843825.
