Origin Enterprises, parent of the Agrii and RH Hall businesses, has announced that Imelda Hurley, its chief financial officer (CFO) is to step down from company board on February 28th 2018, and leave the group on April 30th. She intends to pursue other business, academic and personal interests.

Origin will now begin the search for a new CFO. In the meantime, Peter Dunne, who joined the group in 2016, is appointed group finance director with immediate effect. This is a permanent, not interim, position which is entirely separate to the CFO role and does not carry a seat on the board.

Rose Hynes, chairman of Origin, says: “Imelda has provided strong financial leadership during a period of significant change and transition for the Group. On behalf of the board, I would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to Imelda for her invaluable contribution to the development of Origin throughout her tenure, and to wish her well in her future endeavours.”
