National feed manufacturer ForFarmers has made some changes to its game feeds business, which trades under the Marsdens brand.
The business has been restructured on a more regional basis with 8 specialists around Great Britain, a move that sees three former agents joining the company’s team of game feed specialists and customer service staff in readiness for the season ahead.
Jamie Horner, Duncan Wheatley and Phil Tinson are now Marsdens game feed account managers. Having worked as agents for the business, they bring a wealth of experience to the team and are all game enthusiasts in their spare time.
“Up until now, we’ve run our customer services team as a national team, but we’ve restructured the team to offer our customers more local support,” explains customer services director Grace McIntyre. “Our customers are short on time – we’re offering them a dedicated team of account manager and customer services contacts who know their business and feed requirements inside out.
“Marsdens has been designing, manufacturing and distributing quality game feeds for over 60 years, but as keepers and farmers across the UK know, it’s about more than just great feed – a smooth service is critical. With these latest changes to better service customers, the team is well placed to support yet another successful season for the UK’s game industry.”
