Brinicombe adds to sales and marketing team

Devon-based animal nutrition product manufacturer the Denis Brinicombe Group has made two new appointments in sales and marketing roles.

Tizzy Cuming becomes territory sales manager for Devon and the southwest, working within the company’s direct-to-farm sales division. From an edge of Dartmoor family beef and sheep farm, she graduated from Bicton College with an Advanced Diploma in Agriculture. Ms Cuming joins from Gregory Distribution where she gained field sales experience selling biosolids to farmers across Devon.

Maddie Grafham assumes the new position of marketing apprentice at Brinicombe. With a Devon smallholding background, she recently graduated from Bicton College after three years of equine studies. Ms Grafham will ‘learning on the job’ as part of an apprenticeship scheme that covers the Group’s agriculture and equestrian marketing interests.

“I’m delighted to welcome both Tizzy and Maddie to the business at a critical time,” comments Denis Brinicombe Group managing director Keith Greig. “It’s important that, as a progressive business, we can provide a pathway for a career in the agri-supply marketplace.

“As an industry, we need to attract new talent that can demonstrate an enthusiasm and bring new ideas and both Tizzy and Maddie fall into this category.”
