CNH acquires Kongskilde farm machinery brands

Global tractor and implement manufacturer Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) has bought Kongskilde’s farm machinery division, subject to regulatory approvals, in what it terms a major extension to its product range. However, the Danish group will continue to make and market its Kongskilde range of grain drying and crop handling equipment.
