Hermitage International

Genus, the UK-based global cattle and swine genetics company, has acquired the genetic and intellectual property assets of the Hermitage pig breeding business from the end of March, subject to closing conditions. It will also work with the Irish company to distribute its genetics to worldwide customers. Financial details are not available.
